PlayRenfe is the Wi-Fi connectivity and entertainment platform available on your Renfe journey and in Cercanías suburban rail stations. It provides online access and a range of entertainment options to make the most of your traveling time.

The PlayRenfe icon is displayed next to the train access door on all coaches, indicating that the service is available throughout the journey.

To access the service, follow these simple steps:

1. Go to your device’s settings and select the PlayRenfe Wi-Fi network available on the train.
2. Choose one of the three login options:
   • Use your ticket number, which can be scanned from the QR code on your ticket.
   • Enter your Más Renfe card number along with the ID card or passport number associated with your Más Renfe account as the password.
   • Enter a promotional code, if available.

With the PlayRenfe App, you can enjoy a wide range of content including film releases, live football matches, popular series, children's TV programs, documentaries, games, books, magazines, music, and much more.

We recommend using Android version 8.1 or higher for optimal performance of the PlayRenfe App. Please note that some features may not be available on earlier versions.
